Cafe Manila Pro is an internet cafe management software that delivers advance feature to provide all your administrative needs in operating an internet cafe. Most of the time, customers ask how much time did they consumed or how much time  is left, well its not a problem in Cafe Manila Pro.  When you click on each active account, a window on the right side will display a billing summary of the selected account, making it easy for the operator to see some details of the selected account.   It also has a full list of the product on the side, which  you can just drag from the list to the active account and the product will automatically be added to their bill.

A graphical view is also available in Cafe Manila Pro which you can arrange the client pc in the graphical view according to its physical position . I think there is also a feature that you can add your own floor plan as background image in the graphical view.

Want to see what your customer is doing? With the screenshot view, you’ll be able to monitor what they are doing to your pc. This is very useful for large internet cafe.  Multiple screenshot are shown on the panel, you can enlarge the screenshot by right clicking on it and ticking the “open screenshot” button.

Pricing structure, security, and application profile are all connected to a user group.  With this feature, you can customize how you want to log in a user.  You can categorize  pricing structure  the way you want by selecting either basic pricing or advance pricing.

I find the advance pricing very useful because I can set it to my desired price.  Let say I have a 3hrs straight promo for Php50 and my rate per hour  is Php20, so what I’ll do is add an advance pricing of 180 minutes and put Add to Bill -10.  This mean that when the user reaches 180 minutes or 3hrs, instead of having  a total bill of Php60 since my rate is Php20/hr, it will be deducted by Php10 to make it  Php50.

The security setting of Cafe Manila Pro has many option. Its just like tweaking your client pc.  You can  disable/enable internet functionality,  download, hotkeys, and hard drive.  You can also prevent client from accessing vital functionality of windows such as control panel, explorer, and task manager.

There is one thing that I like most with this software…… Its the after sales support.  I have tried many cyber cafe management software and I think cafe manila pro got what I want.
